2040 Partners for Health Website Design

2040 Partners for Health is a learning community facilitating, informing, and assessing community-based research projects, health-related programs, and relevant policies through a partnership with Northeast Denver Metro Area communities (East Montclair, Park Hill, Northeast Park Hill, Northwest Aurora, and Stapleton), the University of Colorado, and the Stapleton Foundation, to advance the health and healthcare of area residents and employees.

Boulder Housing Partners Website Redesign

BHP's goal is to make living in Boulder possible and affordable, regardless of your income. We offer rental programs with rents from a low of $50 per month to rents just below the market. We are both affordable housing builders and buyers, and we manage housing vouchers for 730 families. We own and manage 2% of the total inventory of affordable housing in Boulder, making a strong contribution to the City Council's goal that 10% of all housing be permanently affordable. We actively seek opportunities to grow our housing inventory.

Incorporated in 2002, CPA is the 501(c)-4, lobbying arm of the Colorado Progressive Coalition (CPC). CPA coordinates political action and advocacy on legislation ranging from opposing the Iraq war, fighting and winning racial and economic justice policy fights, defeating right-wing attempts at Social Security privatization, opposing conservative judicial nominations and working on federal tax and budget policy issues. Since August of 2006, CPA's membership has grown to include 4,800 Coloradans from throughout the state.

The Andre Center provides clinical education/navigation for women and men diagnosed with breast cancer. Their services improve access to treatment, coordination of care, and promote strong trusting relationships with the health care team.

The Inclusiveness Project serves Metro Denver nonprofits by providing tools and support in order to transform how people connect with one another across the boundaries of culture and to make that an ongoing part of their work. The website for this organization is a powerful tool in that it provides information that encourages direct activity downloadable print resources, strategies for planning and evaluating as well as information on how to engage in training and consulting. In 2009, the Inclusiveness Project worked with Open Media Foundation to prepare an online application for its grant-giving process to support local non-profits in funding their own inclusiveness goals.

Nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the Woodbine Ecology Center is a unique educational center that offers courses, workshops, and events. Only 6½ miles west of the town of Sedalia, CO, and 40 miles south of Denver, Woodbine's 61 acres offer a mix of alpine, prairie, and riparian ecosystems. The nonprofit Bell Policy Center works to help individuals and families access opportunity and move toward self-sufficiency by promoting research and responsible advocacy. In order to engage the community into action, the Bell relies on the efficient and effective distribution of their policy information. Open Media Foundation was able to offer the Bell a website solution that logically organized the plethora or information offered to the public as well as options for promoting certain information in order to increase public recognition of the more timely issues. The Bell Policy Center continues to research and report on important issues that effect Colorado citizens.
